Praise for the AR-interface of the Kröller – Müller project
The Masters of New Media blog of the University of Amsterdam praises the innovative interface for Augmented Reality that was realised for the Kröller Müller project.
"A good example of the ways in which art can benefit from augmented reality, and becomes totally different by the use of augmented reality techniques, was the installation in the Kröller – Müller Museum by the AR+RFID Lab from the Hague.
This lab has as main objective to create and support art, which is based on augmented reality techniques. The installation at the Kröller – Müller Museum in July 2009 was a great example of this, as we can see in the documentation. The system was based on data shown on screens, which where mounted on walkers and thus moved by the spectators."
